We collect information through two primary methods to provide our services effectively:
A) Manually Collected Data: We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your photography requirements and provide a high-quality studio experience. This includes your Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Date of Birth.
B) Automatically Collected Data: When you visit our website, we automatically collect technical data, including your IP address, browser type, and device information. We utilize tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, to improve site performance and deliver relevant advertising.
C) Visual Data - Raw and retouched photographic images. Under Act 843, these images are considered personal data as they can uniquely identify an individual subject.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on Contractual Necessity (to fulfill your booking) and Consent (specifically for using your images in our portfolio or on social media).
4. Data Retention and Archiving
Selection Proofs: Unedited photos sent to you via a digital link for selection are typically retained for 30–90 days before deletion to optimize storage.
Final Edited Images: We archive final retouched images for six (6) months. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files immediately upon delivery.
5. Special Protection for Minors
We provide heightened protection for subjects under 18. For children aged 1–17, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent. We will never post images of minors on public platforms without explicit, separate authorization.
6. Your Rights
